Hi, i posted a pardon on 2nd December, and it's not even accepted as a new thread. Just want to know if this is normal or something wrong happened. Can't pm any moderators either so just posting this. Thanks in advance.

 

Normally, they accept them within the day or after a few days. It is a little abnormal for them not to have accepted the thread after 13 days. Let me refer a moderator to this site to see if the thread is still there or what the situation is. Sorry about this. :-(

@Shin if you could possibly look into this, that would be helpful and beneficial for this user to get back on track.

Pardon has been approved/I have responded to it, sorry for the long wait and while it's not an excuse, a lot of staff have been very busy lately so that is likely the reason for the delay.
