Is there any money in FLETCHING!?

I have 99 fletching, i need a way to make money!? Is there any way to make good money from fletching?

 

Stringing bows makes good money at yew+

 

You could try making Magic Shortbows and sell them in W1/2.
I did it when the servers came out, then it was some fast money.
But it's anoying when people only buy one at a time.

 

When I was fletching making yew longs worked out to be about 60k per hour if you bought logs and bs.

Its not good money if you decide to legit, but it can be consistent money if you bot it.

However there are other, better ways to make money out there.

Cutting then stringing magic longs makes about 100 gp per bow, which isn't bad since it's fast xp.

Erm, not really? Many people are buying for alching, it's easy to sell in w1 cammy/on zybez.

 

Yes, but remember, those who are alching will do anything to purchase the bows at a lower price...

Really, if you aren't stringing the bows, it's rather pointless. There are so many more skills that will earn you a lot more, and give you a better looking cape!
