Iphone BlackList Question

If my iphone is Blacklist can i still use it but i just cant use it for liek the company cut its for At&t and is it still able to be unlocked to use with another company

 

If it is on a black list, that means it is a bad ESN phone. I'm pretty sure if it has a bad ESN, then it is can't be unlocked by another carrier.

 

Ummm, did you steal an iPhone or something, because why would it have a bad ESN?
I believe iPhones with bad ESNs will still be able to be used normally and will have all of it's functions except for anything phone related. If you're asking if you can use the phone with another carrier, the chances are next to nothing because many carriers don't allow unlocked or flashed phones on their networks.
