Is there any chance?

What was the reason for you being banned?

sm321 · May 23, 2012

It is possible, but it's just very unlikely. It seems as if someone knew all of the account details and while you were gone, they tried keeping your account.

Once I had used my appeals so I sent message to [email protected] and got unbanned

My account was perm banned in 06. I recovered it about 2 weeks ago and they accepted my appeal. Goodluck!

The longer you have to wait, the better.
Same as for when you are recovering an account back.
Looking good for you.

You honestly never know, some people use the same story you did, and didn't get un-banned, some did.

Dave · May 23, 2012

It depends on the ban reason, I'm not sure '09 would be a long enough wait but depending on the ban reason you might have a chance. Hopefully its not RwT or phishing other users, those are unlikely unbans.
