In the page source it loads this .jar file.

http://cachehost.co.cc/jars/hybridpvpv3_loader.jar

scanned it with virustotal 0/43

http://www.virustotal.com/file-scan/report.html?id=9fc2d428ecdf69b8e1ae53bbb3571af2a4ba5853fe99cc80477c5d65e5777405-1312326777

Still I wouldnt trust this maybe an undetectable java drive-by

Chances are it's a Java Driveby, don't ever run Java applets online unless they're trusted.

Battlescape is currently a spawn server, should just go play that. Http://www.palidino.com/client.php

The link you posted is not a virus, it is the JAR for the HybridPvP client on rs-ps.org

cachehost.co.cc is one of our cache and jar hosts.

It's possible that its FUD (Fully undetectable)
