Screwed by PieGP

Hi, I'm only on Sythe to see if there's anything I can do in my situation.

I bought 350m from PieGP and proceeded to rent a max main staker from them for 2 hours. I was on the second screen of a duel, and the other person accepted, and when I clicked accept, it lagged on me. After a few seconds, it logged me out and when I tried to log back into that account, it said the password was invalid, so immediately I messaged live support telling them what happened and I told her I had 224m on the account before it logged me out.
Their worker Julie admitted she messed up and and changed the password before the time was up (I have the chat transcript of the chat where she admitted it was her fault multiple times). However, since I wasn't recording something that I didn't know I was supposed to be, I have no proof that I did a 200m stake, other than only having 24m on the account when she recovered it back.

Is there anything I can do?

Put all of the evidence you can get together and the staff will do their best to review your case. I'm sorry for your loss, but good luck!

 

They'll probably require proof you were in a 224M stake, always record while renting max mains is what I advise. Hope you get back what's yours.
