    Xbox 360 Laser Replacement
    Okay, I need a fast answer please!
    A friend of mine has an Xbox 360 with an older disc drive with a defective laser.
    How easy is it to replace them if I got a new one?
    Also, what kind of tools would I need?
    I have basic knowledge of the inside of a disc drive, just not the whole laser deal.
