Is the word(s) Fag/Faggot reportable?

If the post is on topic, but it refers to someone outside the post as a "fag" or faggot, is it reportable under spam?

I was reported for posting on a rares discussion thread;

"Same thing sunlink did, sunlink was recently exploited for how much of a faggot he is and hasn;t made a "rare" drop video since.

uber faggotry."

This was in response to the person who made the fake video with 83 Christmas crackers. He did the same thing as sunlink.



I'm in no way disputing this infraction, just wondering if I should report 10% of every post because they contain a gay slur word.

If fag is reportable then i think every cuss word should be reportable >.>

 

I see "fag" used so often that I could gain 10-20 posts / day in just reports If I felt like it.

As long as you aren't saying it to anyone directly to flame them, then no.

 

I think that being reported for "offensive language" is a bit...hmm....reminds me of something.

 

This. You don't necessarily have to use profanity, but if you are flaming others you will be infracted.

 

As alluded to in the above posts, it really depends on the context. Where calling someone a ''fag'' would generally not garner you an infraction, calling them a ''fucking disgusting lowlife faggot cunt'' would unequivocally do so.
