[Help] Paypal inquiry [Help]

I was wondering where can i file a dispute is there a section? i would apperciate it someone can tell me step by step how to file a dispute.

 

Ok, well first you are going to need to log in to your paypal account. And once there, go to the resolution center, and find the Dispute a Transaction button. Click that, then choose whether it was an item dispute or unauthroized. You will then need to find the right transaction and select it. And continue on from there. It's pretty easy to do. But, if you sent the payment as a gift you cannot do this. Try to contact paypal if you need to dispute a gift payment, they may can help.
