Name of different botting companies please!

Hey guys, I havnt played Runescape in a long long time, since the start of dungeoneering, I owned several different bots but i cant remember the name of who made they them, who was the biggest Bot developer than? Has there site been removed? If not can you name me the biggest one(s) from a year ago because id like to redownload the client if possible!

Rsbuddy had the best Dung bot. Rsbuddy doesnt exist anymore tho.
Rsbots (nexus) is also dead.

try runedream, simba, rid or rarebot (be careful).
