    Question about "9hp Accounts" and "Recovery"
    What would the best creation month for a 9hp account be? I have an account and want to try a recovery test but it says I need 'Creation Details'?

    And is there any way I can prevent the previous/original owner from recovering my acounts bought off them?

    Did you ask the person you bought it off of what the creation details were...?

    And no, there's no way to prevent the original owner from recovering the account. They will always be able to recover the account regardless of whether you register Recover Questions and an email. Your best bet is to make sure the seller provides you with enough details that you can recover the account yourself, should you ever need to.

    He said July 2001, I tried and it said needs 'Creation Date'

    Keep trying it, it may take a couple attempts since it's being recovered from an IP different than the original. If it still doesn't work, he's probably lying about the creation date.

    July 2001 sounds right for a 9hper so I would say try recovering from a VPN or proxy.

    Yeah try a proxy from the same location that the owner was from.
