Amazon Gift Cards now bought with Paypal

Saw Paypal send me an email about this.

So what does this mean??

A lot of people take amazon gift cards as a form of payment so they wouldn't get chargedbacked.. it happens rarely nowadays but is still possible.

With this being said, since paypal can take payments from amazon, doesn't this make it very risky to take amazon gift cards now?

Not really understanding what you're referring to specifically. If you are talking about being able to buy Amazon gift cards with paypal, I don't see that scenario playing out, considering their terms of service on it.
