Account recovery

So a quick question, I accidentally locked my account because 1) I moved within a week of all of this happening 2) I forgot my password literally 3 times and had to recover via email in between the move.

So the issue I'm having now is about a week after my account was locked and it's locked currently, I'm the original owner never had any issues, don't have any viruses but I know Jagex email system is bone slow sometimes.

ON TO THE MAIN QUESTION.

In the option is says do you have access to this email J*********@H*********

Now if you notice the email name itself is 10 characters, but my actual email is 12 characters. I'm trying to figure out if they just **** before or beyond the actual email characters or if someone has actually tried to hack me.

The email that was on the account was totally different from this one, but the [email protected] is my login username so I didn't know if they were going to try to send it to there since thats the first email on the account.

Just don't want to click yes and it not be my email.

 

Just say you don't have access to the email and do a manual recovery, then at the bottom just link it to your email it does not matter if it's the one already linked or not the result will be the same.
