What the fuck is it? Can smeone give me a brief or full on explanation of what the hell it is? Is the ban rate high if i were to get to from 55-80 doing the glitch? Can someone please explain to me what it is?

I was hacked recently so my account is totally useless. But im willin to try this. Please someone tell me what this is!?
