Is powerbot back?

[Redgiant61]

Does anyone have any news on Powerbot? I see they have a .jar file to download (which I don't know if I should open). I looked through the forums and can't find any information. I'm wondering if anyone knows what's up, and what this download is:

http://www.powerbot.org/

And of course, all the 'scripts' I saw (on the forum) were just old pre-nuke scripts noobs bumped up to the top. I will admit, I check probably once a week just to see what's up, and this is new to me. I do apologize if it's old-news and I'm just now finding out.

Anyone know anything about it?

Review was out 16th, as promised

30 March: Jagex has learned that RSBot was released last night and have updated the game client in order to break our bot. This will be updated very soon. Unfortunately our developers are currently on vacation so this may take longer than anticipated.

29 March: RSBot 4 has been made available as a Release Candidate!

Are they really up?
