Rs3 duel arena scams

I know duel arenas almost dead in rs3, but alot of ppl are polyporing. I used to do it for a bit, until some people did the cramulet scam. Does any1 know how it works? If you don't wanna post, pm me. I'm not sure but some people do it with 28 vials. I obv know what it does, i'm wondering how they get it in duel arena with 28 vials after they do the trade/challenge thing in 1 go.

Also, any1 knows about how incite effects rs3 staking?
