AFK Training ?

Im going to play on my Obby Maul Pure now and wanting to level its STR level higher & since i quit for about a year & probally new maps to npcs.

I used to train at rock crabs & was the best place to afk at because it gives 200 exp but 50hp. Any new spots to afk at , a place just like rock crabs?

 

Were yaks out when you quit?

and would this afk training work ?

when rock crabs dont attack me anymore ( thats about 10 minutes ) then i change worlds , will they start attacking me again ?

Can you give me a Picture where to afk at yaks and how many yak at spawn point

 

the deadly red spiders are really good, but you will get owned if u have 1 def.

 

rockgrabs are still the best for 1 def pure with low att

You gotta have Fremennik trails done and started Fremennik Isles to get to yaks. Atleast I think you do. To get to yaks, you gotta talk to 1 of persons on the docks across from the Helm shop in Rellekka. They're in the island of Neitzinot.

Yaks don't attack you like rock crabs too.

 

You can't afk yaks; bandits with prayer?

 

Im not sure how well anything but crabs would work, as I haven't afk trained much ever. ^_^
