Hey I was wondering if I could sell my youtube account or if that is against the rules and where to post it?Its a runescape related youtube account with the user name "Giveawayrunescape",But am I allowed to sell it and where?

You certainly are allowed to sell your Youtube Account, and you can do so in the Digital Currency and Non-Game items section found here.
