Ok so I purchased this game without knowing anything about it other than it was a free roam exploration game in a near infinite space setting. Now that sounds like a pretty awesome game doesn't it? I thought so too. After playing for a few hours you realize it's just the same repetitive gameplay over and over. Land on a planet, mine resources, leave planet, warp to another galaxy, rinse and repeat. Sure every planet, animal, and plant are different and randomly generated but even so this game is seriously lacking depth. Overall pretty disappointing for a $60 game and quickly becomes boring.

    I'd rate it a 2/5

Of course you're not happy with it. Did you not read all the negative reviews before you purchased it? Sean Murray literally lied about half of the features that weren't going to make it into the game in the first place.

No I did not. Honestly I like to experience games myself before forming opinions. There's been plenty of games that had bad reviews that I ended up enjoying. Like Destiny for example

I bought two copies, one for me and another for my best friend. We can't even play it, my laptop literally crashes when I try to and hers gets super slow.
Biggest waste of money ever. Tried to get a Steam refund, but they don't give a didly about it even when I specifically wrote I'd use the money to buy something else from them.
