Is it safe to buy account from PlayerAuctions?

More specifically, from this seller with 20k+ rating, Keifer2011.

Yeah shouldn't worry about it, if something were to happen Playerauctions has a fraud protection system so in most of the cases you would be able to get the value of the account you bought available to buy a new account or something like that. But keep in mind that buying an account is NEVER 100% safe and can always be recovered

 

If you actually read most of their reviews you would know that this "protection" only starts to work when you start ranting on all the forums

 

@f2ppur3 I've bought several accounts from Keifer and have had zero issues. Probably one of the very few I trust.

 

PA was decent before, but it has been declining in reputability.

 

Keifer on playerauctions is @Won_gold o_0 on Sythe, he registers and trains his accounts himself/by his workers, it's safe source

 

Safe yes, I wouldn't do it though. They tend to be a very slow service provider and I always seem to see more people reporting issues than reporting happiness with their services.
