Unable to upload GIF avatar

Hey i'm trying to upload my gif avatar, but it just does not work. I waited 1 hour multiple times and the size is smaller than 1MB. So everything should be fine but it doesn't work.
Are there moderators who can change avatars?

Avatars above 100 frames tend not to work. Yours is 175 frames, so you might want to cut some or lower the frame rate. Hope this helps.
