    When someone receives their 2nd or 3rd TWC that should result in a perm ban.. I believe that even one opportunity is more than enough. Post opinions here..

    No. People can receive TwC for different things.
    Also there's no proof they've actually done anything wrong, they could be innocent completely. Just they've done something sketchy. I don't see the need to ban innocent people. If they've done something wrong then we ban them.
