is it me or is paypal retarded..

some kid filed a claim against me, then he resolved it, then he filed another claim(the same exact type) against the funds.
okay so, once a claim is resolved, arent they not allowed to file another one on the same funds?

 

Well the first claim could have been a dispute, which is different from a claim.

A claim would be at the bank / credit card level and is probably what he's doing now. I'd contact him(unless he's a total idiot scammer) or paypal and try to resolve the issue. Sometimes it may get denied but you never know.

but
i called paypal today bitching my lungs out at them and this was basically the response i got from the guy

"the first claim was filed by us, the second one was filed by him"
so i said, he resolved it and said it wasnt unauthorized the first time, why would you let him file the same claim but this time give him his money back.
so the guy goes "we're gonna repay your negative balance($5.98) since it doesnt make sense"
im like wow youre dumb as hell.

so im out $10 now.

Yeah if you call paypal, you can re-file a claim.

 

paypal likes to swim in your money first.

 

If they phone paypal they can open the claim again.

Claim and cancel isn't reliable.
