Have You Seen It

Have you seen the big dragon-like hand descend from the sky and point down on an unsuspecting botter? I haven't, but I'm curious if a handful of you guys have or haven't as well.

 

I've seen it 3 times last week within a 2 hour span in World 1 outside the Grand Exchange—in the unofficial Seal Game clearing. I don't even know how people could have been botting there, unless it was auto-typers, but it seems like people are getting away with those. I have not seen it in a members world though.

No, I've been botting.
I have seen videos of them but jagex is only banning goldfarmers and autotypers at this moment in time.

@sonic_fanrs, FailedPure summed up what I was going to say. However, I felt the need to say that I've read this on multiple posts aside from Sythe so gold farmers and auto typers must be the primary targets (for now).
