Okay lets put it this way.

Imagine you discover a new phenomena about the Universe.....

That's going to lead through more questions and even debunk other theories...
So we learned more, but we actually deepened the mystery. And this is what makes it fun. It will never get old, cause every new discoveries will lead to More Questions. When you solve the questions, you get even more questions and it will never end.
    Isn't it like that?

    Like you basically said...

When you uncover and answer to a question, anther question shall follow.

So it will NEVER end... ever.

On some condition's is it like this. Not always, new discovery's, yes. It will lead to 10 question's which will eventually introduce us to another 10 set of question's. That's just the wonderful experience of life, you attempt to learn 5 things, and instead of learning those thing's, you learn 20 different question/answer's.

Not true. It just seems so because for every piece of information we learn, 1000 questions springs from it? We're going at a snail's pace, but we ARE learning.

I agree. As we learn we discover more to learn.

As Socrates said, no matter how much you know, you still know nothing..

We maby just asking too many questions than answering, or understanding. Cause I don't even understand the basics of Quantum physics.
