We need Mohtasa here to translate the song for us, and then sing it in English. Also: Fantastic music video
I can tell you the title is "Now Playing: Turtledoves-- Now Clamp Hair" I don't think "Now Clamp Hair" is what it means, but that's the direct translation. The first line is "Little brother doesn't listen to what his little sister says"
I'm not trolling, I've been scouring my knowledge of chinese, and online dictionaries for those I don't know, trying to translate each line, but wouldn't you know-- I'm stuck on the first character of the second line :c The fourth character of the first line in the song is also odd. It resembles "Lai" which means "to come", but it's not an exact match (the tentens on the top half are different, and the bottom portion has a hook, whereas Lai doesn't). I asked Yahoo Answers and someone insists it's Japanese, not Chinese, and it means a negative prefix..... but I know for a fact that it's chinese.. it might be Cantonese because the pronunciations are different in the video too, but idk... EDIT: The first like is actually "Little brother, come listen to what your sister has to say". After looking into it, obviously "doesn't listen" would be "bu ting", and "bu" looks nothing like that character. So I guess it is "lai ting"-- come listen
Iam A chinese here and I personally have problems understanding the title =,= I believe is the posters mistake. And this is the most bizzare chinese song Ive ever heard.
