The old lady. If the other person was my best friend, they would understand why. And the girl of my dreams would be too compassionate to take a seat from an elderly woman.

this is an old "riddle" of sorts...Basically cosrob has it right...

 

I would save the old lady, but not because of morals or anything.

1) She is the only one you mentioned was dying and if wasn't saved would die. As far as I'm concerned, the other 2 will just be chillin in the rain.

2) You said she's the girl of my dreams right? That doesn't mean that I'm the guy of her dreams. I've seen plenty of girls before that I found quite beautiful and deemed worthy of "The girl of my dreams", but that doesn't mean she'd be interested in me.

 

I would take the lady and the girl of my dreams, drop the lady at hostpital... then get head from the girl cause i just saved someone... then call my friend and surprise him with a party
