Is deltascape down forever?

lately I have noticed deltascape's website was down but the server still worked, then I found that the server went down about a week later and now I can't connect.

Does anyone know what Happend?

Got DDoS'ed its going to be up today, as you can probably see.. Delta-core.net is up and it says it will be.
