COD: Black Ops Announced

It looks like it's based in multiple time periods (i.e. WW2, Vietnam, Modern, etc.). Meh, my opinion is their going over kill with these series. Treyarch is making this, not Infinity Ward is looks like, so I'm going to assume it isn't 100% modern based.

Looks decent but might overkill the COD series MW2 was a mistake the whole 70 ranks to prestige sucked, the glitches suck, 10th prestige emblem sucks.

 

Another new Call of Duty. How many more are they going to bring out, seriously?

 

It brings in cash because there are still tons of COD fanboys some are going over to bad company and metal of honor

 

I was thinking the same as how many are they going to put out....Personally they put em out way too fast

 

1 Game each year around the same time isn't 'way' to fast.

Look at all the sports game, they do the same.

As long as fanboys keep buying the games, they'll keep making them. The franchise will turn to trash, just as Halo has become. It could be a good game, I guess. But Treyarch, eh...

 

I think it'll be good. Even if it's trash, people will still buy it because of the name.

I'm personally really looking forward to it.

 

Stupid. InfinityWard has failed since MW2. And TreyArch has failed since COD3.
COD4 + COD2 = Best ones to exist. End of story.

 

COD4 was a good game I really did enjoy it. Halo has become garbage to me after the 2nd game. sport games release games every year but they tend to improve stuff at least.

 

Tbh, i was going to preorder for my PS3, but yeah as said above, i'm thiking about swapping to bad company, oh well, still a few months to decide.

I heard it was going to be based on Vietnam too, and I enjoy the new ones because it gets boring playing the same old game all the time. I dont know how some of you halo people do it. COD4 was their best game imo, then following was COD2.

Meh, they're bringing out another COD: MW2 map pack on June 1st =/ it looks like a heap of junk, especially the pricing! Stimulus was such a waste of money..

I can honestly say I'm looking forward to Black Ops, as MW2 isn't good at all anymore =(

 

i cant wait for it... tho i've never watched any videos and wont till i get it just cause i like my games brand new (like to no nothing about it when i start) i basically stopped playing mw2 when elevators got patched they were the best to have fun with when bored in Private Matches. I still know lots of glitchs/jump spots in COD: WaW, and MW2
