Is Botting in RS3 dead?

Does anyone have tips on botting in RS3? I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I'm curious about the current ban rates and how many people are still running bots in RS3. I'm interested in possibly writing my own scripts and seeing if I could run a small bot farm in RS3 as an experiment and coding exercise, with some fun RS3 gold to sell at the end—nothing too crazy. Does anyone still bot in RS3, and if so, what scripts or processes do you use to prevent bans? I've heard they ban faster than in OSRS.

 

I heard that detection in RS3 is insane and so botting is not worth it, not even private scripts.

Probably private bots. With RS3 GP so low in price idk it would be worth a developer making a product to sell.

 

Also xp rates are so high in rs3 there is no reason to bot

I do.. I'm curently in an "off" period lets calls it due to some personal things going on in life, and like others have said botting in RS3 for the most part is dead, however I've peronally had a decent amount of success different gp bots throughout 2023, and the majority of 2024 as well.. Mostly avoiding bans along the way, but a lot did get hit eventually(Key is your ROI hah).. But despite what some may say, it is possible, and the anit-botting detection isn't half as good as people think it is.. Although it does work, just remember that!

 

I'd say its not worth due to how afk and insane all the XP is but I've looked a lot and never found anything that looks half decent to bot on for RS3

 

If you have an Android phone or download an Android emulator you can use clickmate to bot in rs3 safely. You just record yourself playing legit for however long you want them play it back. Won't work on stuff that moves (like NPC) or is not the same amount of time each time (like box trapping). But I have gotten most bank standing 99's and some other 99's from doing this.
