Im guessing you received a payment that is still being confirmed. Till it's confirmed, you can't send it. So you can probably send your balance minus the payment that you just received.

    This.

When you receive/send a payment, it goes through a confirmation process.

Until it's been confirmed, you won't be able to send the amount that you've received, in other words, you'll only be allowed to send up to the amount of what you had before you received that payment.
