I love you BIG time if you can help me here

Hello guys, I have been playing cs go for some months now and the first month or so the game would run flawlessly, but now it kinda has little breaks during gameplay, from what I've learned from searching around it's something along the lines of choking/stuttering/lagging, but essentially it has little breaks which makes it really hard to play.

Please notice this ONLY HAPPENS ON MY HOME NETWORK, on the neighboor's network I play the game just fine. And it's nothing to do with other people downloading stuff on my network, the game acts the same when I'm the only one using the router. I've also tried to modify config.cfg which didn't solve anything.

As an example, the game freezes for like half a second causing the opponents to "tele transport" since I can't see them actually walking during that half sec, they just disappear from here and appear there.

If anyone has ANY suggestions please post, I'm kinda desperate here!
