I find the top two lines of text in that quite offensive, so I've send him a PM requesting he remove them, thanks for reporting. In future if you see a signature that you think breaks the rules you can just report the post and state you are reporting his signature. Thanks again.

 

as to the second part of that if you think he is scamming dungeoneering wise report him in the report a scammer forum if you have enough proof

I PMed him and he has since removed the offending part of the signature and realised his mistake, this can be locked now.
