How To Get Unmuted?

Guys i been perm muted on runescape for about 8months now and it's really annoying, any tips on what i can do to get better chance of becoming unmuted?

wait it out, i was perm muted for 2 years, before quickchat, evntly your allowed to re-appeal, and it gets removed, or one day you just long an your unmuted <-- happened to me

 

Just don't flame ingame and show your best behaviour

hey you got it easy mate, i din't even have quick chat, you know how hard it was trying to buy 1 item out of a 28 item bank sale?

 

As time goes on they tend to forgive you, I was perm banned early 2008, Got my account back 2010.
If you really cannot bare it the only option is to make a new account im afraid.

Post on the forums. If it's stuff from before the new 'offensive language' rule update / option to turn off chat filter, odds are you'll get it un-muted.

 

Just keep waiting my main was muted back in 09 and was unmuted in a year and a half.

Send an email to then (Search for the "Contact us" section on the main page).

Tell them how sorry your are for the language or watever you said and with the new profanity filter you believe you have served your sentence (8months) and can re-join the talking community

Just wait it out. Don't try to appeal it. It will get denied. If you really can't stand the perm mute, just make a new account, although I've been permed on a main, I still find playing on a pure helps.
