Laptop said there was no matches on the IP. However it is the same guy. He used a proxy to make his account and tell me he's appeal was approved. If his ban appeal was approved as said he should be fine but I doubt it was and didn't see one. Was there a dispute approved for: Heroic193

I created this before: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1353724 to prove he was a ban evader. If his dispute was approved shouldn't the account Heroic193 be unbanned (http://www.sythe.org/member.php?u=330468).
