This recruitment post is mostly aimed at users from South American countries.

As the title says,

I am looking for workers who can make accounts, from scratch, of various builds. You must have good experience in runescape and be able to finish accounts in a timely manner. You must also be responsive to queries and you must also have a PayPal account to accept your pay into.

Work is to be hand done, no bots.

How does it work? I supply you an account, you bond it and supply what's needed for the build and hand me back the completed account. I check it, then pay you.

If an account is banned while in your possession, you don't get paid.
If an account is not of the required stats, you don't get paid (you keep the account).

Pay is dependant on the build.
