hi, i have an ironman that has base 60 in all stats, whats the best price i should sell it for in osrs gp/usd?

This is nowhere near enough information to tell you what the account is worth.
You'll need to provide things like stats, bank value, relevant bank items, quest points, etc. etc.

 

ah okay, well there isnt much, quests for the ardy diary (easy) have been completed, unlocked fairy rings, bank value at about 1mil in items, about 500k, has fighter torso rune items ect. about 75 qp
