WTB 2 OSRS Accounts!!!!

Yo! Looking to buy two OSRS Accounts. They need to be the EXACT SAME COMBAT LEVEL. The first one needs a 99 Mage pure (preferably with 30 atk and str) with DT completed. The second account needs to be EXACLT THE SAME COMBAT LEVEL as the first account, but with A MAX of 65 Mage. This one doesn't need any quests or any other skills, as long as it's the exact same combat level as the first account. I would prefer them to be username logins, but I understand that's not too easy to come by.
I will pay top dollar using my verified PP, RS3GP, or 07GP. Would prefer the seller to be trusted.
