I got hacked

Well, my ironman account - the only OSRS account that I've ever given a shit about and never RWT or botted on - was hacked in the past 2 weeks. Not only did the hacker take everything, he dropped all of my untradables, got me a bot busting ban, and de-ironed my account. I've heard that there is no possibility that I can get my ironman status reinstated.

The only reason I still played OSRS has been stripped from me. Damn, it hurts.

 

Bruh, that is insane, not only does he hack you, gets you banned temporarily and as a cherry on-top de-irons you. What a piece of shit.

I've never understood pieces of shit who drop items, de-iron, etc. If it's truly a random hack, you have to be on a different level of shitbagness to do that. A hacker is doing what they do in order to make profit. De-ironing, botting ban, etc. all take up time and provide no monetary incentive. Like why????? Shitty man, I hate to hear that.

Someone has a personal vendetta with you because in my experience with hacking they usually never touch the account other than the monetary value. Once all the monetary value is off the account, they can care less to bot. De-iron makes sense because maybe they did not think they could trade off an ironman, but then again how would they know how to bot/anything about botting?

 

its most likely someone u have beef with if account is being botted etc.random person hacking u they dont bot/drop untradeables since they dont profit of it (maybe alch valuable ones like avernic defender).

 

Well, and that's the point, really. I'd imagine that it's personal if someone goes through all that hassle. Unfortunately, that isn't always the case. I had a friend a couple years ago who was a 2.1K+ TTLV iron. Nicest guy in the world. He got hacked, randomly [he still isn't sure how] and they took his ~1B bank, deironed him, and dropped ALL of his stuff.

 

sure some of those has problems in their head so can do that for some kind of enjoyment.
