My Slayer level is 55+, so Broad bolt is better than Mithril? And how many antifire pots shall I bring and how many food and alches?

Mithril bolts or Broad Bolts, Braod Bolts are better.

I would use broad bolts, because they are effective and cheap. As for your inventory, just bring about 2 range potions, and about 3 antifires, and maybe a couple pieces of food for safety, and you should be set :p

Here is what I take when i range iron/steel dragons in my inventory.

    250 alch casts
    2k cash
iron axe (dropped when i reach dragons.)
1 of every charm for place holders
A tele tab or other one spot teleport
    6 ranging potions
    12 antifire potions

this should last you a few hours.

ddrink a dose of ranging potion every time your ranged level is 3-4 lvls above your normal level.

umm u need more than 3 antifires, use around 5~6 if you want to camp. You dont need much food, so just have around 4 shakrs to be sure

1 dose of antifire lasts about 5 minutes, so you can get a couple kills with it.

Are you camping for visage or just doing a slayer task/collecting some bones?

Use an anti-dragon shield instead of dfs. Dfs is -5 ranged attack while anti-dragon is +0.

Yeah but DFS blocks the fire 100%. Its the best thing ever to use for fighting dragons in brimhaven IMO.

Nobody really brings food to extended camping at dragons, so how would you heal after the rubys spec?

Full void range is not good at metal dragons unless you like 95+ range. Use the best range bonus armour you have with broad bolts. Broad bolts are the same as Addy Bolts in range strength plus they are cheaper too. DFS is bad for ranging if i remember correctly, it has -1 range bonus. If your ranging, you'll want to most range bonus you can get.

"This shield, like the anti-dragon shield, only provides partial protection against dragonfire. Unlike the anti-dragon shield, it also provides partial protection from the ice breath of skeletal wyverns. The Dragonfire shield's ability to protect against dragon breath does not change, even if fully charged. The use of an antifire potion with the shield renders full protection, except from the special attacks of the King Black Dragon and the breath of skeletal wyverns."

    http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Dragon_fire_shield

You still need antifire pots for both, so antidragon shield is clearly better for ranging dragons.

Iron and steal dragons drop curry quite often which heals for 190.

dude, 10% range bonus is 10% range bonus. its actually great to have at the low levels since you tend to hit lower. where's your logic?

    anyway.

get broad bolts, you don't really need dfs since your not being hit by melee [no need for the def bonus that dfs gives over anti-fire] so your better off using anti-fire with your void.

    gl with visage

You do know your logic is flawed as well...
A 10% bonus to accuracy and damage does not necessarily ensure the bonus will be greater than high range bonus equipment.

Here is the STUDY that people have conducted with Void armour and regular armour. They came to the conclusion that void basically sucks at all monsters with high def.

    http://forum.tip.it/topic/247670-damage-theory-101-void-ranger/

Test this out if you don't believe me...Find someone in with similar range levels using full void and someone wearing range armour equal to or better than black d'hide. Test them on iron or steel dragons; I can guarantee you that the majority of the time the regular armour will kill faster than void.
