Possible scam

Explanation of the trade: I bought 200m alora for 16m osrs. I traded the money, then he told me to do a drop trade on alora so I wouldn't get banned. Within 7 minutes of me picking up the money I was banned on both of my accounts.
How they scammed: Possibly a staff member or working with staff member of the rsps

Sorry for the massive amounts of screenshots not really good at this. Not sure if this is an actual scam but after asking staff they said to report it because it does seem fishy. @Wortel @Killswitch @veng

 

@LightersGold Did you warn him about the ban risks?

 

I have it written in my TOS and I did mention to him that he should create an alternative account just in case things go wrong = ban on skype here

Edit: I never said do drop trade to avoid ban that's false. I can provide screenshots if needed and I have done dozens of trades no complains thankfully. I am not staff whatsoever or associated with any that's just silly >.>

 

From the screenshots I've seen it looks like your supplier is being watched by alora staff. He has probably been RWTing off the same IP. I'll get back to you shortly about the case and whats happening.

 

@LightersGold You never got @RS_WHISKEY to agree to your TOS. You are going to have to refund him the money he paid you. Make sure you get your customers to agree with your TOS next time.

jsing i had another mod give me their opinion on this and they agree'd with my decision. Please tag me once a refund has been made.

 

I understand I am getting his 16 bucks right away. So now on every single customer I get I have to link him my TOS and get him to agree? I am asking to avoid such silly situations like this in the future.
Because on previous reports with other traders they were asked to have it in their TOS to prevent problems like this, which I clearly have stated that by adding/trading with he/she agrees here

Yes you're going to have to get them to agree to your TOS to prevent any issues. Just having it in your TOS isn't enough as not everyone sees them. You need to make sure they have understood the risk and that you are not going to be taking responsibility if anything goes wrong.
