Havokonline is back!!!

I realized that any server that attempted to be like rsc, other than rsca is destined to be a fail. And im sure people missed not training. So I'm bringing havokonline back with a little bit of changes.

New Stuff:

A gate at the border, will hopefully help prevent border pking.
It now costs 2 pk points to change your stats.
I will be the only admin.

OMFGZ!! Rapidshare finally worked for me!

 

This server blows theres nothing to do, nobody playing it, i was on for 40 mins and i was all alone the whole time. Besides theres nothing to do, no npcs or nething. BAD server
