    iPod Touch AppSync (JB)
    So I have a JailBroken iPod Touch 4th Gen with iOS 4.1.

    I want to Sync the Apps that I got from Installous, does it really work?

    I have the current setting in iTunes - Manually Manage Music and Movies

    On the iPod, I have the AppSync for OS 4.1 also installed.



    If I chose to Sync Apps, would they Sync NOW, or would I have to go back and re-get the ones from Installous and then Sync?

    iPod Touch AppSync (JB)
    I'm on firmware version 4.0 with AppSync 4.0 and I can easily sync my apps to iTunes, so I'm assuming it'll work for you too. And you shouldn't have to download and install the apps again, it should work immediately.
