    Ipod Help

    my brothers 2nd gen ipod and im trying 2 upgrade it but itunes just freezes the whole computer and the loading screen but with the apple symbol and a loading bar wont go away so he cant get into his games and stuff

    anybody help?

    Ipod Help

    Boot your iPod into recovery mode and try it again.

    You might need to make sure most programs are closed when you start syncing if it crashes.

    Just Jailbreak it :L, but try it on different computers, and im not sure whether 2nd gen is compatable with new software.

    Ipod Help

    Your iPod may have some corrupted files on them, I suggest restoring it to factory defaults then re-syncing your music library etc.
