    Is it possible to download music with a wi-fi connection on my ipod 1g without a computer?

    It all depends on what jailbreak you are using, and what your current software is. It is possible though.

    Yes if you have iFile you can save music as .mp3's.

    For future reference.. all jailbreaks ultimately achieve the same purpose: giving you root access to your phone.
