Iphone got wet, need help.

Non responsive black screen. On vacation in Canada and have no access to rice, hair dryer, have tried a fan. Nothing is working and I think I am fucked.

Anything else I can do? I am at a hotel so imagine what I have there :?

 

Leave it in a bowl of rice for a day or two. If nothing, it's probably done for.

Edit: Didn't read you said no access to rice, surely you can buy some somewhere?

Don't hair-dry it, you'll fry your phone.

 

Same thing happened to me like the other day -.-

Went through a full wash. I put it in rice for two days and its still fucked. I ended up buying a new one.

I also have a unresponsive black screen. I can make calls using siri though lol.

 

I think clean it, don't use an hairdrier on it but a get a towel and let it be there for a while, if still doesn't work maybe try going to an store were they repair broken screen and such, they might be able to help you.

 

I got rice from the hotel kitchen. Lets hope it works!
