Definitely a new piece of technology that I will buy.

And what type of i7? I just want it to be able to run beast games.

Not something I will be buying, it's a stupid idea in my personal opinion.
More than likely, you can get something with better specs for the same price as this thing. The buttons on it seem like they would be hard to use whilst using the thumb sticks (However obviously having no hands on, I cant prove that, and I could be wrong). If your looking to buy it and just plug in a mouse and keyboard, why not buy a dang laptop? Seems like a waste to me.

I believe they should stick to accessories.

I have 1 big issue with this tablet. I think it's safe to assume it will be running the integrated graphics on the i7 proccesor (which are good), but what about in 2 or 3 years? You can't really upgrade the hardware in this tablet as time passes on, and we know how fast the graphical requirements for games increase as time goes on-wards. Hell, in even a year or so, this tablet will have considerable trouble running any graphic-intensive game at reasonably settings. This means that people will have to ask themselves this, "Is $1000 worth possibly 1-2 years use?".

However, I do appreciate the innovation. I hope that other companies borrow from this idea to produce a product that can address such a problem.

Of course you won't be able to, simply like the current iPad which is why iPad 2 was released.

    OT: That looks awesome.

Too bad it's only a concept but hopefully it will be released.

Stupid idea, nearly as bad as a 'gaming' laptop, will be severely overpriced aswell.
    Just my 2 cents.

However, the iPad is not a dedicated gaming tool, whilst Project Fiona is catered specifically to just game-play. Once Fiona is not able to handle the latest games, it becomes obsolete and the consumer has spend another $1000 or so for a newer model. Whilst even the original iPad can handle almost all of the newer apps/games even after 2 years since it's inception.

That will be truly impressive, that one laptop with the touchpad thingy they released was just an expensive toy, I felt the practicality was left on the floor because of the price. If it is really under a grand, might grab one. Now, I can't buy the VITA and this... So which one? :D

I looked around, and I'm still uncertain. Will it have internet browsing? Java support? Runescape support?

I personally wouldn't buy it. Doesn't really seem all that functional in my opinion. I'd rather have a keyboard and mouse.
