Briefly explain the trade:
I offered 15m per assignment that he was gonna do for a JavaClass, mainly him coding some very basic things. This is not allowed from what i've just learned but a scammer is a scammer nonetheless.

How they scammed:
Took 15m, and then logged off and didnt log back on, its been about 50 minutes since the occurunce, it is now 11pm gmt -6

Thankfully i have chat history turned on in MSN so heres the chat history, clearly shows his msn and time stamps, also note the time on my computer, only about 30 minutes after, since i gave him sometime incase of a net crash or something
