Ip Safety?

I've been pming people to go to my site alot lately, and i received the following message:

When i click for the evidence it says the following:

So after talking a bit with people i guess they're talking about an IP ban if i keep doing this, or my main would get banned when i try to tranfer stuff to it.

Does anyone have any idea how to change/hide my ip from jagex? I tried a lot of methods to hide/change, but i can't change the ip that it shows when logging in to rs.

a vps would work ....buy a cheap one for like $7 i would not use it to bot

or have in real life friend help you transfer

 

yea they are saying they will ban your ip if you continue to mass pm those phishing sites.

 

yes they do occasionally ip ban people who hijack accounts

 

I thought you could just unplug your router to change your IP?
