    Off site, through msn, can you give them a pin, or does it have to be done straight from phone?

    I would imagine you could do anything that you want over msn i think as long as the sythe website has no part in it.

    Yes, PINs can only be traded over MSN. On Sythe they need to be refered as 'account upgrades'
